SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery estimates are only inclusive of shipment time and does not include order processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Wayne Underwear does offer shipping to limited international countries with some exceptions. Wayne Underwearis not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, customs etc.).

Damages

Wayne Underwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of products sold, Wayne’s policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date for most items, exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Clearance and sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit. No returns are accepted on international orders. 

Return Processing Fee

A flat rate of USD $4.95 will be deducted from the original order amount as a return processing fee once the return has been processed.

Methods for Return

To return by mail, simply connect with us at customerservice@perrywayne.com to request a return label via email and follow the instructions provided to receive your pre-paid return label. To ensure your return is properly processed and refund granted, be sure to place both this pack slip and unworn items within the return package. Customers will be refunded the price of the merchandise less a USD $4.95 handling fee to the original form of payment.

No refunds will be precessed for Sale or Clearance items purchased or returned.

Credit

Allow 10-14 business days to process your return.

Credit for the merchandise returned less a USD $4.95 return processing fee will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Allow 3 – 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Wrong Item or Size

If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us at customerservice@perrywayne.com. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received along with your order number. This information is important, so that we may assist you with return processing fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return processing charges.
